Testosterone Replacement
Treatment Information
Testosterone Replacement
Testosterone pelleting is a procedure that involves the insertion of small hormone pellets under the skin to help regulate testosterone levels in the body. These pellets, typically made of bioidentical hormones, slowly release testosterone over time, providing a steady and consistent hormone level. Testosterone pelleting is often used to treat conditions such as low testosterone levels (hypogonadism) in men and certain hormone imbalances in women.
This treatment can help improve symptoms related to low testosterone, such as fatigue, low libido, and mood changes. The procedure is minimally invasive and performed in Dr. Singer's office. Patients may experience some minor bruising or discomfort at the insertion site, but this usually subsides quickly.
